She was born April 17,2024 just two days before my birthday on the 19th. The result of my brother Adam’s litter. Bo picked me, my son and we was there when the litter was born, we then returned after 8 weeks to pick up Bo for the Murphy’s. After spending some time with the pups Bo was hanging out with me the most and the next day she came right up to me in the morning and that was it she was coming home with me.
When we first got her home she fit right in and made herself right at home. A smart little girl that kept growing and kept her playful ways, she loves people and all the affection she can get. Bo favorite thing to do in the summer is to celebrate the 4th of July in her home town Bristol R.I.
I started to get the idea for Bo’s Wings ‘N’ Rings. I have spent near 30 years in the restaurant business working in all kids of concepts. But it was the idea of having my own kitchen to do foods the way I feel it is meant to be. To do this I needed a solid team. So I began to recruit the players. I Knew I needed Chefs that I could trust and are creative. Freddy Cruz was my first recruit. Freddy and I have known each other for a decade now, we meet at a corporate restaurant in Woonsocket RI, became fast friends bonding over a love of American Muscle cars, and foods. Not only is Freddy a Chef but a great Mechanic as well, a 2 for 1. He loved the idea and joined in. Next was on to Jordan Daniel, a Chef I worked with a busy downtown Providence restaurant, knowing his passion for food made it an easy choice to bring into the concept. Jordan is another 2 for 1 Chef, Social media manager, and merchandise designer. Now we just needed one more piece to the puzzle, someone who had business experience and could help manage the logistics while the three chefs can oversee the day-to-day, enter my brother Adam Whitney. He has restaurant experience, understands our concepts, and knows when to focus on the bottom line.
We created Bo’s Wings ‘N’ Rings to share our passion for food, and our love of our pets. To do that Bo’s Wings ‘N’ Rings will donate a portion of the proceeds to local animal shelters. Because Bo wants us to pay it forward and help our four-legged friends out there who could use a paw up!
